All requests will be reviewed and must comply with these Terms of Service.

Jobs are selected manually, meaning that the artist chooses the projects they want to work on. Some requests may be refused without justification.

Upon acceptance, the client will receive an order confirmation and will be able to track progress via direct message.

The client must provide all necessary information and references before work begins, including images, description, desired style, and any other relevant details.

It is recommended to gather everything in a single file or folder (PDF, Google Docs, or Google Drive).

The customer grants the artist the non-exclusive right to use their references solely for the execution of the commissioned artwork.

The customer also guarantees that they have legal rights to all references submitted.

The artist undertakes to carry out the work in good faith and with dedication, ensuring originality to the best of their knowledge.

The artist may use commercially licensed materials, educational tools, or copyright-free resources.

The artist reserves the right to refuse requests with offensive or illegal content, or that do not fit the style or theme of the work.

The standard delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, varying according to the complexity of the order and the waiting list.

The customer will receive an initial draft for approval before finalizing payment.

The artist will send updates voluntarily, but the customer may request progress reports (WIPs) during the process, as long as they do not disrupt the work with daily messages.

The final delivery will be made via Google Drive, Discord, Twitter, or email, in PNG or JPG formats.

⚠️ Original files (such as PSD, AI, or similar) are not provided.

The customer only receives the final exported version of the artwork.

If the deadline needs to be adjusted for any reason, the customer will be informed in advance.

The artist does not undertake work involving:

Explicit sexual content;

Extreme gore;

Offensive or discriminatory themes;

Misuse of images of real people;

Direct reproduction of other artists' styles or works.

Up to three revisions are allowed during the drafting process at no additional cost.

After the final artwork is approved, only minor corrections (such as color adjustments or minor details) will be accepted free of charge.

Major or excessive changes may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before execution.

The client may not alter, edit, or redesign the final artwork without the artist's permission.

Communication will take place exclusively via:

Discord, Twitter, and email.

The artist's response time may vary up to 3 business days.

If the client fails to respond for more than 7 days without notice, the project may be considered abandoned and terminated without refund.

By default, the artist retains all copyright and publicity rights to the artwork and may display it in portfolios, social media, and the like—except when the client requests confidentiality.

The client has the right to personal use of the artwork (personal and for profit).

If the client wants total exclusivity or transfer of rights, this must be agreed upon in advance and in writing.

⚠️ The purchase of artwork does not grant the client rights to the source file or editing rights.

Only the final image (in PNG or JPG format) is delivered.

Payments are accepted via:

PayPal (international customers only), Wise (international customers only), or Pix.

Payment should only be made after the draft has been approved.

Orders not paid within 48 hours after the invoice has been sent may be canceled.

Prices are set in USD (US dollars) and may vary depending on complexity and deadlines.

The customer may not request an undue refund (chargeback) after the artwork has begun.

The customer may cancel the order before work begins and receive a full refund.

If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the artist will retain 30% of the amount corresponding to the time invested.

After delivery of the sketch, there will be no refund.

If the artist is unable to complete the work due to force majeure, the customer will receive a full refund.

The artist will not add the customer to public block or ban lists.

Personal or contact information exchanged between the client and artist is confidential and will not be shared without authorization.

The client may request complete confidentiality regarding the work for an additional fee.

If no such request is made, the artist may display the artwork within 30 days of delivery.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they are aware of and agree to all the terms described herein.

This agreement comes into effect from the first communication (message, form, or payment).

The client is over 18 years old and is legally capable of entering into an agreement or has a legal guardian who can make this agreement on their behalf.

The date of the agreement is dated according to the first interaction/communication or first transaction.
